How long does an order take to process?
Processing time is between 2-5 business days as each item is made to order. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail the second we ship it!
Where is my order coming from?
We ship from over 90 international locations. Your items will be automatically be processed according to the closest geographic location that has the least expensive shipping rates. Most of our orders will come from Charlotte, North Carolina (USA); Los Angeles, California (USA); Toronto, Ontario (Canada); Riga, Latvia; and Barcelona, Spain.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Scholarshop ships everywhere in the world. Some items may not be available for delivery in your country, but our ever-expanding catalogue is curated to include comparable substitutions that WILL deliver to your country for most types of products.
How much is shipping?
You have no idea how badly we wish we could say one figure here and be done with it, but the real answer is far more complicated that that. We work with dozens of couriers, regional couriers, and even third-party couriers. So the easiest way to answer is that we ship from whatever is the most affordable for us. Trust us, we're looking out for you.
How will I be notified about my order?
If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages in live-time. An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” section on our website. We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.
My package is lost!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
There's an error in my delivery address!
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility that processed it. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@scholarshop.store within 30 days of placing the order on our website and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report that you have yet to receive it, we are not liable for replacing the item or refunding the item or any reshipping costs associated with it. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier using the provided tracking information for your shipment and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
